Instructor travel and lodging would be paid by the purchaser. When 40 or more CD's are purchased for a Train-the-Trainer class, a discount of 50% off the listed price applies. This discount does not apply to Chemistry of Hazardous Materials or Refresher, Hazmat Operations, and Hazmat Awareness for Law Enforcement.
